(Macon, GA) – The Sleep Center at Coliseum Northside Hospital is offering a free seminar for those who struggle with sleep disorders. When consecutive sleepless nights add up, they can leave a negative toll: concentration is broken, tempers flare, and daily routines are interrupted. Disturbed sleep patterns may be related to other health-related issues. Some people with sleep problems are aware that something is wrong, while others do not realize it. If left untreated, sleep disorders may lead to other serious health issues. Only by carefully studying patients’ symptoms can physicians pinpoint possible sleep related disorders. In this seminar, Dr. Mark Hendricks, Board Certified for Sleep Disorders, will discuss proper treatment for sleep disorders to help end those sleepless nights return to a healthy and well-rested lifestyle. The free seminar will be held Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. in the First Floor Conference Room at Coliseum Northside Hospital (400 Charter Blvd., Macon, GA 31210). For reservations, call (478) 746-4646.
